There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple.
There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I’m experienced, because I’m professional . . .and because I care. Learn more about me on this page and throughout the site!
About Me!
Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, I have lived on America's North Coast for all but one year of my life. I am one of those unusual Greater Clevelanders who has lived on both sides of "The River"**. I have survived the Blizzard of '78, "The Drive", "Red Right 88", "The Shot", and an "almost" Indians' World Series win! [For those of you from elsewhere, those are all signs of a "true" Clevelander! 8-) ] I love showing off my city and delight in finding the unusual that fits my clients' desires. An example was a couple from Vancouver British Columbia who lived on the ocean. They just did not think that I could find anything in Cleveland to match the views they had at home. They were quite pleasantly surprised at the variety of views we could offer, and at a price less than they were used to. I must have a friendly face, because strangers will ask me questions wherever I go. My favorite question is a version of "What's THAT?" while out-of-towners look at Lake Erie. It is usually followed by "What's on the other side?" [that's Canada!].
So, whether you are buying, selling, or just browsing, don't be afraid to ask me a question. I don't charge for answers!
**That's the Cuyahoga River. The city of Cleveland straddles this river that flows into Lake Erie. Unfortunately, the river seems to "divide" the city and Cuyahoga County into two distinct regions. There are eastsiders who have never been on the westside, and vice versa!! We teasingly say that "we need to get our passports stamped" to go to the other side! Since I have lived on both sides of town, and have sold real estate all over the county, I understand the uniquess of the various areas, and would be happy to tell you more about them!
